Booking Terms & Conditions

Rates & Availability

During peak season (summer/Christmas) we only accept 7 day bookings.  In other periods we charge 3 day breaks at 75% of the weekly rate.  We adjust 4, 5, 6 days breaks accordingly.

Payments

At checkout, you can pay by credit card or by bank transfer

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Security deposit

A pre-authorisation of £350 is held on on the day of arrival and voided 5 day(s) after departure, providing the house is in a good state. We won’t charge for small items, but we do need to protect ourselves against damage to more expensive items, and unreturned keys etc.

Cancellation

We are aware that sometimes your circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your holiday.
100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30days before arrival or earlier.

Further details

The name on the booking enquiry email will be responsible for the rest of the party.
We’re happy for well-behaved pets to stay at the cottage, although we do ask you to try to keep them downstairs.
We cannot take responsibility for anything stolen whilst staying at the house.
We ask guests to treat the house with respect, & leave it in a similar state to how they found it.
The house is strictly no smoking.
All linen & bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towelsl.

Check-in/Check-out

Check in is from 4pm; check out by 10am. Our changeover day is generally Friday, but we may be able to sort out alternative days if the diary allows.
