Booking Terms & Conditions

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we have received your non-refundable deposit of £100. At this time we will send you a confirmation email and the house handbook. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer is ideal, but cheque is OK too. I’m afraid we don’t accept credit or debit cards.

Security deposit

We ask for a £250 security deposit, payable at the same time as the full balance. On departure, providing the house is in a good state, we will refund your deposit in full – usually by bank transfer, but cheque if you prefer. We won’t charge for small items, but we do need to protect ourselves against damage to more expensive items, and unreturned keys etc.

Cancellation

We are aware that sometimes your circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your holiday.  We will require written confirmation (email is fine). We will take the cancellation date as the date that you emailed.
